The Hidden Mosaic Series
Hidden Mosaic: Vintage Halloween
Color By Number Mosaics
Every page starts the same way: a field of blank shapes, a column of numbers, and no idea what is coming. Then the first color goes in, and the next, and somewhere around the third pass the picture breaks through — a paper skeleton taped inside a front window, a wagon heaped with pumpkins, a homemade costume nobody bought in a store.
The format is built for the person holding the pencil: 101 full-page mosaics in six sections, from Pumpkins & Harvest Nights to Fortunes, Spirits & Halloween Superstitions; a single 23-color palette of pumpkin orange, candy-corn gold, dusty violet, harvest brown, and moonlit cream; and the full color key on every puzzle page, so there is never a reason to flip back.
The tiles are mixed — squares, circles, hexagons, and diamonds set together — so a finished page looks like real mosaic work rather than graph paper. Printed single-sided on 8.5 × 11 pages, so markers are welcome.
One picture. Hundreds of tiles. Revealed a color at a time.
